The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment, documenting requirements, performing data analysis, making data driven analytical decisions, and recommending appropriate reporting solutions. They will also possess intermediate level of knowledge and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, and data warehousing.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also have high standards of professional competence and an ethical approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement data visualisation solutions
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements
  • Assist with the development of project plans and specifications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare environment
