Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Allied Health (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or related field).">
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, managers, and service providers.">
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.">
  • Experience providing rehabilitation and return-to-work support in line with legislative requirements.">
  • Experience managing early intervention cases and supporting employees with non-work-related conditions.">
