- Proven Experience: Proven experience in the Estimating or Design Manager space within the Australian construction industry, specifically in Queensland.

- ECI Expertise: Extensive experience with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) models and their successful implementation.

- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide project teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Tertiary Qualification: A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
