Merchant Pricing and Portfolio Management Professional

This is a key opportunity to join our team in doubling down on owning and winning together.

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for Merchant Services across customer segments, considering both profitability and the overall relationship value.
  • Analyze the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation while considering broader economic and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain, ensuring processes and controls are robust and in line with internal standards including pricing frameworks, governance/compliance and pricing modelling.
  • Support strategic and BAU initiatives as required, including business case modelling and analysis.
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and revenue insights forecasting.
  • Collaborate with domain, sales, operations, and finance teams to align pricing models, decisions, and changes with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Banking experience, preferably in pricing or product management.
  • Pricing models and data models management experience, understanding end-to-end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and risk.
  • Proven delivery track record with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective stakeholder and communications across cross-functional groups.
  • Regulatory, risk, and compliance understanding in banking/finance.
  • Business financial knowledge.
