About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to support our leadership functions and ensure excellence in all aspects of service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will lead nonclinical teams to have a positive impact on residents and work with staff to provide coaching, training, and ongoing support.Key Responsibilities

  • Act as delegate of the General Manager as directed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or clinical manager in an aged care environment.
  • AHPRA registration highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service experience and complaints management skills.
  • Team leadership and engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of accreditation and compliance standards preferred.
