Senior Business Operations Specialist

This role supports a financial business partner with the General Manager and Regional Controller, performing complex business analysis.

  • Financial Statement Management: Review, analyze, modify and approve financial statements; verify changes completed by operational managers.
  • Cash Flow Management: Ensure accurate coding for vendor invoices; monitor ETS/Workday system to resolve rejected invoices.
  • Asset Management: Review cost from general ledger to detail; ensure capital requisitions are generated correctly.
  • Audit Compliance: Perform audit testing as requested by Auditors or directed by the Regional Controller.
  • Budget Planning: Assist operational leaders in setting time frames for budgets or forecasts.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in review, analysis, due diligence, pro-forma's for acquisitions or divestitures.

Responsibilities include assisting regional controllers, performing duties as required or requested by management, and working with operational staff to improve operational efficiency.
