Operational Leadership Role

  • Managing staff in the Support and Safety Hub, including team members and leaders;
  • Providing day-to-day operational leadership and support to the hub team, including team leaders and practitioners;
  • Driving a culture of integrated practice and service delivery with the hub team;
  • Oversight of the integrated network;
  • Establishing systems and processes that support integrated service delivery;
  • Sourcing high-quality, safe, and effective service responses to individuals seeking support;
