Job Title: Senior Remedial Project Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading remedial projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety. They will work closely with project teams, stakeholders and clients, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil/structural engineering, with experience in remedial works and structural repairs. They will possess strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee remedial engineering projects from planning to execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for remedial works such as structural repairs, rehabilitation and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Support project teams with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proven experience in remedial works and structural repairs.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and team leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
