Lead Remedial Projects

As a seasoned project manager, you will take charge of high-profile remedial projects from conception to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality results while maintaining safety standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee remedial construction projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $5M.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, programs, and claims.
  • Promote compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Report project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

About You

  • A minimum of 5–10 years' experience in project management, preferably in remedial or commercial construction.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in façades, waterproofing, and structural repairs.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale projects exceeding $5M.
  • Excellent scheduling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
