Support Employment Opportunities

We empower individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to achieve their employment goals. Our team works collaboratively to identify client aspirations, build skills, and provide support throughout the job search process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate clients to find employment opportunities that suit their needs;
  • Establish relationships with local employers to source job openings for our clients;
  • Place clients in sustainable employment, resulting in successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activities are accurately recorded, documented, and comply with relevant regulations;
Skill Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • Confidence in liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external;
  • Able to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make placements that lead to lasting employment;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence;
  • No prior employment services experience necessary;
