Job DescriptionThis is a role that involves building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients. You will be responsible for encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment, placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes, and ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make placements that result in sustainable employment;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple stakeholders;
- An overall desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
