We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people operations, culture, and ways of working.
About the Role:- Collaborate with and coach a team of dedicated leaders who share a genuine passion for their people.
- Develop and implement effective people strategies that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Communicate and roll out global people initiatives and projects, driving engagement and productivity across the organization.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including office management, finance, IT, and support, to deliver exceptional people experiences.
- Be adaptable and proactive, taking ownership of tasks and projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and health and safety legislation. Familiarity with payroll processes is also highly valued.
About You:- You are an experienced people professional with a passion for building strong relationships with managers at all levels.
- You excel at coaching and developing leaders, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and goals.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing operational tasks with strategic initiatives.
This part-time, fixed-term contract will commence in January 2025 and run for approximately 10 months.
