Midwifery Opportunity

A dedicated team of midwives, doctors and nurses are seeking an experienced Registered Midwife to join their unit.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high levels of patient care to women and their families.

The unit offers antenatal, postnatal, intrapartum care, gynaecology and a level 2 special care nursery.

Deliver evidence-based midwifery care, work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team and deliver a high standard of customer service.

  • Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRA
  • Clinical skills and motivation to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service
  • A minimum 1 year of post graduate Midwifery experience
  • A commitment to safe practice and quality patient care
  • Understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work both independently and within a team structure
