Maternity Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Maternity Care Professional to join our dynamic team at Prince of Wales Private Hospital.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced midwives and obstetricians to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality maternity services to women and their families, including prenatal, postnatal and antenatal care.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to participate in education and training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in midwifery practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based midwifery care to patients
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Midwifery Registration with AHPRA
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
