Regional Industry Growth Leader

The Regional Market Director plays a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and maintaining a competitive edge within the Marine segment.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all functions, terminal operations, and vendors.
- Partner with regional Operational and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with market strategies.
- Conduct weekly meetings with maintenance & repair, logistics, and commercial teams to achieve market objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing data-driven strategies and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the Marine or intermodal industry.

- Strategic planning and implementation.
- Team leadership and collaboration.
- Communication and stakeholder engagement.
