Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to establish and lead our Client Services function.

This role will require you to combine your leadership capabilities with direct client engagement, driving operational effectiveness and delivering high quality service to all key clients.

You will utilize your extensive experience to identify client needs, utilizing the best of what we offer to design and deliver a profitable Scope of Service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the client services team focusing on providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Ensure all needs are met and relationships are strong.
  • Drive the highest level of service to each Client, within area of responsibility, in line with agreed client service tools.
  • Liaise with other senior leaders to ensure effective working relationships between the Client Management, Broking and Client Service teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Extensive client services experience within the Insurance industry is essential.

A proven track record in developing relationships and working with senior individuals within the organisation is also required.

Significant experience in client management and relationship building is necessary.
