Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in retirement living, property management, hospitality, or a related service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on empathy, resilience, and communication.
  • Solid knowledge of budget management, compliance, and work health & safety.
  • Confidence with technology and systems to support daily operations and reporting.
