Senior People Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Lead to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement people plans that drive business outcomes
- Lead a high-performing HR team and manage budgets effectively
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts, and facilitate resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Talent Management: Lead the HR team and manage talent acquisition, development, and retention
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Budget Management: Manage HR budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations discipline
- Extensive HR experience at a senior level in manufacturing
- Strong IR and ER experience
- Highly developed people management skills
- Business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
