About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of a transformative project, including 1:1 communications, offer orchestration, and custom campaign products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading high-performing teams, coaching and managing senior business analysts, and creating high-performance teams that demonstrate ownership, teamwork, learning, and continual improvement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define team objectives, establish a culture of clarity with autonomy, and align plans and progress through OKRs.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of a roadmap of initiatives that enable features for customers, confirming prioritization, plans, and progress are well understood by stakeholders and aligned through OKRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a squad to deliver on a transformative project within the business
  • Coach and manage the performance and career development of a senior business analyst
  • Create high-performance teams that demonstrate ownership, teamwork, learning, and continual improvement
  • In partnership with stakeholders, define team objectives and establish a culture of clarity with autonomy
  • Align plans and progress through OKRs
  • Develop a roadmap of initiatives that enable features for customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Information Technology and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Working knowledge of information technology and technology trends and issues
  • Sound knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business performance
  • Experience in leading a transformative squad
  • Experience in program management or project management, with the ability to manage several initiatives concurrently
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams, and coach for performance
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, organization, decision making, and time management skills
  • High level of flexibility with a strong ability to lead others successfully through cultural, process, system, and transformational change
