Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Risk Management Specialist for Global Operations to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing customer risk and safety across our global operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the communications systems and processes related to our 24/7 incident response setup.
  • Oversee on-tour incidents ranging from operational issues to medical emergencies.
  • Take overall responsibility for Global Incident Response during local business hours.
  • Develop and execute training programs for relevant parties about their respective safety and emergency response responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with regional operations teams to implement controls mitigating risk to operational components.
  • Ensure compliance by overseeing the execution of controls.
  • Liaise with teammates to ensure consistency of policies, procedures, and application of safety decisions.
Requirements:
  • Complete fluency in English and preferably Japanese or a European-based language.
  • Engaging trainer and excellent communicator.
  • Creative problem solver able to look beyond standard resolutions.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Process-driven individual who enjoys creating structure.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive influence on others and ability to get buy-in.
  • Accountable and takes ownership.
  • Good judgment and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Ability to weigh different options and think several steps ahead.

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
