Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned risk management professional with a strong background in banking regulations and compliance. As a BSA Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with business activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to minimize exposure to potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks and policies
- Analyze and assess potential risks, identifying areas of high risk and recommending mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk assessments and mitigation plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in risk management, regulatory affairs, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and mitigating risks in a financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
