You will lead a team of experienced operational and clinical management teams, and work closely with our residents, families, and staff to achieve our care, safety, financial, operational, customer, and people objectives.

What will you bring to ensure success in the role?
- Demonstrated leadership within Aged Care with a proven hands-on approach
- A strong Clinical background is preferred but not essential
- Experience in driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Proven ability to drive better care outcomes with a clear focus on person-centred approach
- Solid commercial understanding of budgets, resource management, and key levers for profitability
- Experience leading others through high-pressure situations or adversity
