About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pavement Engineer to lead the technical delivery of pavement projects and work closely with other disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of national pavement design standards, materials, and construction methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review design reports, specifications, and drawings across all project phases
  • Review and interpret pavement investigation and testing data (e.g., FWD, HWD, GPR, LWD, profiler, and surface friction testing)
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An experienced Pavement Engineer specialising in pavement design, ideally RPEV with 15+ years experience
  • The ability to work in teams and lead projects based on your specialist knowledge as part of multi-disciplinary teams or manage relevant projects
  • Proven experience in delivering projects, providing technical leadership, managing design processes, and working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
