Lead Digital Transformation at a Prestigious Cultural Institution

Are you a visionary digital leader ready to shape the future of digital engagement at a leading cultural institution? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Digital to drive a digital transformation strategy, enhance audience engagement, and create a cohesive digital experience that connects diverse audiences with rich history and culture.

Your Role:
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, overseeing the implementation of a new digital experience platform.
  • Drive modernisation of user experience, integrating content from multiple CMSs into a single cohesive system.
  • Establish a unified digital visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the execution of a Digital Transformation Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing digital engagement across all platforms.
  • Select the most suitable digital experience platform, evaluating options such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Optimizely, or Kentico to best meet the organisation's needs.
  • Oversee the migration of several CMS platforms to the new CMS Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced user experiences.
  • Manage a talented digital team, providing mentorship and strategic direction to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute digital transformation across multiple channels, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
