Digital Transformation Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Digital Transformation Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for navigating technical challenges, mentoring, and building a small team of technical/operational officers.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional SQL capabilities, thrive in training and building others, and pass along their knowledge. They will also have deep knowledge in Dynamics365 CRM platforms, with the ability to administer, configure, and troubleshoot issues.
The role requires providing trusted technical support/advice on a range of client services and business applications, advancing technology, supporting business systems, and providing strategic ICT knowledge in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership expertise in delivering agreed business outcomes and solutions by taking initiative and setting clear direction and providing guidance for team members.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and multiple priorities and demands, and resilience while managing a constantly changing, complex and diverse ICT environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and diverse business partnerships, including with senior stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness and influence.
- Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction, with the ability to provide quality advice to a range of stakeholders.
- Taking an innovative and holistic approach to service design, support and delivery for improved outcomes.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve immediate problems for customers, but also proactively put solutions in place to prevent issues from reoccurring.
- Awareness of technical and business market trends and using this knowledge and expertise to advise and guide business outcomes.
