Job Title: Food & Beverage Team Leader

About the Role:

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating F&B team members throughout the day
  • Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Cashing up once the day has concluded
  • Ensuring the venue is compliant with all licensing legislation
  • Greeting and escorting customers to their table
  • Preparing beverages to a high standard
  • Serving food in a professional and timely manner
  • Working with and supporting your team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role or customer service role
  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisor role
  • Highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people
  • Exceptional teamwork skills
  • Uphold a high standard in all that they do
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Hold a Food Handlers Certificate
  • Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster
