Marketing Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to drive our growth efforts across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling our marketing strategy, managing significant budgets, shaping campaigns, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth strategy across APAC – managing both paid and organic user acquisition
  • Own performance marketing budgets and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV), and cost per install (CPI)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad concepts, video assets, and playables
  • Partner with product and monetization teams to ensure alignment on player experience and growth targets
  • Drive search optimization (ASO), influencer campaigns, and community-led initiatives to support organic scale
  • Build dashboards, lead A/B testing, and use data to continuously refine strategy
  • Manage and develop a team of user acquisition managers, analysts, and creatives
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in user acquisition or growth marketing within mobile gaming or consumer tech
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile games using both paid and organic strategies
  • Strong understanding of LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and performance data
  • Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and major ad platforms
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • A natural leader – someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to their team
