We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Growth Leader to drive our marketing strategy across new venues. With a proven track record in growth, brand, or performance marketing, you will be responsible for leading the marketing lifecycle from acquisition to growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-led marketing strategies aligned to commercial targets
  • Lead the execution of campaigns that drive foot traffic, revenue growth, and customer engagement
  • Use business intelligence tools to extract insights, spot trends, and inform strategy
  • Partner with venue managers to support their growth journey through hands-on advice and execution
  • Influence internal stakeholders to align marketing with broader business objectives
  • Apply retention, CRM, and database strategies to maximise lifetime value
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing with proven success in turnaround or integration environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how marketing drives business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms
  • Experience working with BI tools and translating data into strategic action
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field
