The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Lead on a rapid acquisition project.

You will be responsible for planning and executing the ILS Program, writing critical ILS artefacts such as Concepts, Plans, and Instructions.

As the subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in providing life cycle management advice to help our clients achieve optimal project outcomes.

Leading the team requires strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the ILS Program plan
  • Write critical ILS artefacts such as Concepts, Plans, and Instructions
  • Provide life cycle management advice to clients
  • Lead the team to deliver project timelines and drive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Trade in Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years' experience working within Defence logistics
  • Strong understanding of materiel life cycle management, including acquisition and sustainment phases
  • Ability to communicate complex logistics concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Payscale: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Location: Melbourne, Canberra, or Adelaide.

Clearance Level: AGSVA clearance required, with willingness to upgrade to NV2.
