Lead Transformation Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead large-scale transformations and significantly impact how thousands of students, staff, and agents connect and communicate.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned transformation leader to drive our ambitious change initiative. As a Lead Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering comprehensive change strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.

You will conduct thorough change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to inform decision-making. In collaboration with the Project Manager, you will identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, ensuring a smooth transformation process.

Your key responsibilities will include creating compelling communications, building excitement, managing resistance, and fostering advocates for the new system. You will also monitor readiness, measure adoption, and refine approaches based on feedback.

As a trusted voice of clarity during the transformation process, you will provide guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition.

Key Requirements
  • Extensive background in change management, with expertise in tech-driven transformations (Prosci or equivalent methodology preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to clarify complex concepts and inspire action.
  • Experience in large-scale contact centre environments (enterprise-level).
  • Strong critical thinking, influence, and negotiation skills to align teams.
  • Proven success in assessing readiness, planning transitions, and ensuring adoption.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently—resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Cisco WxCC is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with the Higher Education sector is a plus.
