Workshop Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing the day-to-day operations of a mechanical workshop.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in trade management, with experience in leading a team and managing all aspects of a business. They will be responsible for ensuring that our workshop operates efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

  • Manage the daily operations of the workshop, including staff supervision and performance management;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in diesel fitter/diesel mechanic/LV Mechanic or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in workshop management, preferably in the automotive industry;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong financial management skills;
