- Design, develop, and manage adult education and vocational training systems and solutions across Navy.
- Develop, design, and evaluate training solutions and workplace assessment processes.
- Train and develop instructors across the Navy.
- Administer training and assessment systems.
- Provide advice on education and training policy.
