Job Description:The role of a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment requires strong cooking skills and the ability to work under pressure. Our busy food outlets are seeking an energetic team player who can prepare, cook, and present high-quality food items across our outlets and restaurants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring prep sheets are completed, preparation of food during service, assisting other sections when required, cleaning of work areas, assisting with set-up and close down of service, and ensuring food is stored to hygiene standards and appropriate disposal of waste.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A passion for food and good service;
- Strong cooking skills with trade qualifications desirable;
- Availability for split shifts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service;
- Flexibility to assist with all catering operations across the site.
