Project Engagement and Communication Specialist

This role focuses on spearheading a team of professionals responsible for planning and implementing communication strategies to ensure the efficient delivery of infrastructure projects.
As a Manager, you will be instrumental in leading a team that provides strategic communication services to senior management, technical staff, and external stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to engage effectively with the community, media, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and drive a high-performing team to develop, deliver, and report on effective engagement strategies for the community, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, government agencies, and members of the public.
- Develop and implement communication plans to enhance stakeholder relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership teams and project managers on communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
