You will be responsible for ensuring brand visibility across digital and traditional media, measuring the impact of community engagement efforts, and leveraging relationships to craft compelling campaigns.

About the Role

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Design and implement community engagement strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, industry contacts, and customers
  • Craft engaging campaigns that showcase brand values
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing events and activations

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and community engagement
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a financial institution (desired)
