Clinical Trials Coordinator Role

As a clinical trials coordinator, you will provide administrative support to clinical projects and update clinical systems and databases. This role offers a mixture of hybrid and flexible working; however, candidates must be based in Sydney to be considered and can work in North Ryde two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the preparation, handling, and distribution of clinical trial supplies and maintaining tracking information.
  • Updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems, such as electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
  • Acting as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.
  • Accompanying Contract Research Associates (CRAs) on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training and approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in a clinical trials coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems, such as eTMF and CTMS.
  • Exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and three years of administrative support experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
