Clinical Trial Coordinator Role

As a clinical trial coordinator joining our team in a client-facing position, you will provide administrative support to clinical projects and update clinical systems and databases. This role offers a hybrid work environment with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Assisting with the preparation, handling, and distribution of clinical trial materials and maintaining tracking information.\
  • Updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.\
  • Serving as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.\
  • Aiding CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training and approval.\
    • Requirements:\
    • A minimum 6-12 months experience in a CTA role.\
    • Experience updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems.\
    • Exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.\
    • Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.\
    • A high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years administrative support experience.\
