As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic and driven Sales Executive at the Manager/Senior Manager level to contribute to our growth and success. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales initiatives and broaden our customer base for our payroll solutions. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and possessing a profound understanding of the payroll sector to make a substantial impact within a fast-paced and innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation efforts. Collaborate with leading partners in the region. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and advantages of the new payroll solution. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions. Provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to uncover new sales opportunities and strategies. Collect and analyze feedback from clients and prospects to continuously enhance our sales tactics and product offerings.
