Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consumer, Community and Partnerships Officer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the rollout of consumer, carer and community engagement plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse and priority populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of workshops, forums and information sessions for community groups, local health districts, specialist health networks, non-government organisations, non-profit organizations and peak bodies.
  • Collaborate with NSW Health teams, community organisations and advocacy groups to co-create solutions.
  • Track and analyse engagement data and feedback to inform strategy and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Develop resources, briefs and awareness materials that build capability and program understanding across NSW Health.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in consumer engagement, supporting patients, carers and families.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Leadership skills that inspire trust, collaboration and positive change.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data and digital tools to measure impact and engagement.
