Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with people who are facing challenges in a compassionate way.
  • Identify relevant support options and assist with referrals in consultation with the individual.
  • Record notes on interaction, assistance, and referrals offered to the individual in our system.
  • Help set up and pack up any resources or equipment used during shift.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with people facing vulnerabilities such as homelessness or addiction. Background checks are required for this position, including a Criminal History Check and a Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check (where applicable).

You will have the opportunity to develop skills and build experience in working with people facing vulnerabilities, contributing to our mission to provide support, safety, community, and opportunity.
