About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Billing Liaison Officer to join us in this critical role supporting efficient and effective revenue collection for patient services across our District.

As the Billing Liaison Officer you will:

  • Coordinate and resolve day-to-day billing requests and issues from HealthShare NSW
  • Provide troubleshooting, error correction and support for updating missing billing data
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Embed best practice in billing processes, including patient verification, eligibility checks and timely data transfers.
