Job Description

The role of Regional Community Liaison Specialist supports community engagement programs and manages internal and external communications for the project. This includes developing and implementing stakeholder contact and liaison programs to foster trust and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement systematic complaints handling processes, developing action plans and monitoring outcomes.
  2. Understand and implement contractual community and stakeholder requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Team to identify and address community concerns and project priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience in similar roles on large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in engaging with the public on various issues.
  • Excellent writing skills for diverse communication materials.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
