Senior Connections Specialist

This role focuses on developing strategic thinking and comprehensive communication plans.

  • We are seeking a skilled Connections Specialist with expertise in visualizing consumer journeys, providing insights, and creating innovative connections strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of first-party data and audience segmentation, as well as the ability to interpret and visualize data for presentations. They will also be responsible for staying ahead of cultural trends and identifying opportunities for culturally relevant campaigns.

This position requires excellent analytical and creative skills, as well as experience in paid, owned, and earned channels, including social media, search, programmatic, partnerships, SEO, and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop insightful connections strategies and contribute innovative thinking to creative strategy and teams.
  • Visualise consumer journey maps to bring consumer insights and behaviors to life.
  • Provide insights and initiatives to connect with consumers throughout their journey.
  • Support the development of disruptive brand and campaign strategies to drive business growth and cultural impact.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of communications and connections strategy.
  • Comfortable with numbers and details.
  • Both analytical and creative thinker.
  • Keen awareness of cultural trends and their impact on consumer behavior.
  • Good understanding of paid, owned, and earned channels, including social, search, programmatic, partnerships, SEO, and traditional channels.

You:

  • A person with a love for great ideas and advertising.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a creative or media agency.
