We are seeking experienced HR professionals to join our dynamic team as People and Culture Advisors. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional human resources services in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have experience in managing Tier 1 HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
In this role, you will provide guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related issues, support the delivery of various HR initiatives, build reports and assist with salary benchmarking, contribute to cross-functional projects, ensure compliance with employment law, and travel to sites across Tasmania and occasionally interstate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Build reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
