About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Grain Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement Team, you will be responsible for buying wheat and specialty commodities.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with growers and service providers to ensure quality and continuity of supply, liaise with Operations on wheat grade requirements and collaborate with Finance on cost monitoring.

This role requires extensive travel nationally and strong analytical skills, particularly in hedging and trading commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with growers and service providers
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on commodity prices and market trends
