
Regional Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in a dynamic and inclusive workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales revenue, margin and volume of rural products through extensive contact with end users, distributor clients and key influencers of buying decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
- Achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Influencing large contractors, end users and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating these products and providing training.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry.
- Proven sales experience.
- A passion for farming.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Extensive training in the demonstration of products.
- The ability to generate new business opportunities and leads.
- A valid driver's license.
