Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-store, online, and phone interactions that reflect our standard of excellence.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and provide post-purchase care and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Source gemstones tailored to individual client orders, managing the approval process with precision and care to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and our workshop team to bring bespoke pieces to life, leveraging their expertise to create unique designs.
  • Achieve sales targets while exceeding client expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain impeccable product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and services to make informed recommendations to clients.
  • E nsure showroom presentation is always immaculate with products and marketing displays prepared to inspire, creating an engaging and immersive experience for clients.
  • Manage client information and sales activity in CRM and other internal systems to maintain accurate records and track client interactions.
  • Support stock management, stock take, and replenishment to ensure availability of key pieces, minimizing stockouts and maximizing sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine jewellery sales in a retail or boutique environment, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate features and benefits clearly to clients, showcasing your expertise and building trust.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with initiative in client engagement and sales opportunities, identifying new business potential and pursuing it.
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, prioritizing client needs and preferences.
