Job Title: Fine Jewellery Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Fine Jewellery Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing your sales skills and developing product knowledge to achieve and exceed sales targets in the fine jewellery and watch industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times in line with company expectations and standards.
  • Be confident and professional in closing high-ticket sales and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of fine jewellery and watch products to ensure all sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Coordinate fine jewellery promotions and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on fast and slow-selling lines to inform inventory management and product development decisions.
  • Take initiative in learning about new product ranges and staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fine jewellery and watch industry.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commute or relocate to Sydney, NSW, and hold a valid work authorization for Australia (preferred).
