Job Title

A senior leadership role in our banking team, where you will be responsible for leading a team of experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

  • Lead an expert team of bankers to deliver on the signature customer experience and management of colleague banking experiences to build customer advocacy
  • Build & leverage strong relationship and coaching skills to achieve business unit goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, coach and deploy resources within the team including career/succession planning, colleague leave, management and recruitment
  • Role model Distinctive Leadership and coaching to implement and embed Premier Ways of Working

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering & driving strong & consistent results
  • Extensive experience in retail/commercial banking and/or credit assessment & management
