Banking and Finance Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Banking and Finance lawyer to join our team. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will work alongside a market-leading team of motivated and skilled lawyers, led by Peter Staniszewski.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Banking and Finance lawyer to develop strong relationships with key clients, provide expert advice to clients and internal teams, and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals.

  • Support the partner on complex matters.

Requirements
  • Post-admission experience in banking and finance.
  • Strong experience in documenting lending transactions and advising on the PPSA.
  • Experience with settling transactions using PEXA.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong drafting skills.
  • Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Leadership skills and an interest in developing our junior cohort (for more senior candidates).
